It seems strange typing words onto my blog again. I had taken an unannounced hiatus from this blog back in May 2015. A lot has changed since then. In between the craziness, I lost having time for this blog.
However, this post is here to say I’m back! I had spent a few days mulling over the fact I hadn’t been active on this blog in so long, and I missed it. I made the decision to start up this blog again. The new goal is to post a recipe with pictures once a week. I can’t predict when or what time it will appear, but that is my starting point. Posts will be less hearty in writing and more hearty in content.
I also decided to change the focus of this blog. When I started this blog, I had the sole vision of it being low calorie-driven. I now understand it is all about balance. Not everything needs to be low calorie, and it is a wonderful thing to have a balance of healthy with a decadent treat now and then. From now on, I will be sharing delicious recipes, not worrying about the calorie count, and sharing them for you to make the decision of when to indulge
