This is the first post of the week featuring some delicious food I made for Super Bowl Sunday. Who says Super Bowl food has to be fattening, fried, or full of calories? Not me. My football snacks are low in calorie and full of flavor. Not only are these snacks and foods perfect for football, they are great any time of the year.
I have tried to be adventurous this year with my cooking. I really should have made it a New Year’s resolution in fact. Usually, I am stubborn and don’t like trying new things, especially new foods. I am very particular, and I just know I won’t like certain foods even before trying them. Well, I made a side dish this weekend that I never would have willingly tried before this year. In fact, I was very excited to make this dish!
