I enjoy dabbling with different recipes in my kitchen. Over the last few months of my blogging experience, I’ve had a lot of fun trying new things. One of the foods I’ve enjoyed focusing recipes around is tofu. Granted, I’ve only posted one other recipe with tofu in it, Chocolate Silken Mousse. This was one of the first recipes I ever posted on my blog. In the spirit of that recipe, I made a new recipe involving tofu and chocolate.
I have always been a fan of the “old fashioned” Christmas candies. This love comes from many years of enjoying candies as a kid and making them as an adult. There is one type of old fashioned candy I love to make above all others: fudge. I have been making fudge since I was in high school. I have made this particular recipe countless times, and I will say it is my most requested recipe by my family every Christmas.
Would you like to know what one of my favorite seasons is? Fudge season. I make fudge once a year, and it’s that time. Every Christmas I make my beloved chocolate fudge for my in-laws and my immediate family. Fudge is one confection that I love making, and I am fairly good at it. This year, I wanted to try a new fudge recipe. I am making confections for my employees, so I wanted to make something a little different: peanut butter fudge.
