I haven’t posted a tasty dessert in a few days now. This may be surprising to those who know me. I know not everyone feels the same way I do about desserts, so I have been working hard on diversifying my blog. However, a while ago I was working hard on creating a delicious low calorie brownie option. I have posted one other brownie recipe before, Chickpea Brownies, but I know beans in chocolate isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. So I wanted to make a “normal” brownie recipe that was easy to do and yielded delicious results.
Sometimes the only fix for a sweet tooth is chocolate. I suppose, on rare occasion, chocolate desserts and sweets are not the answer to every single problem we face (should this happen to you frequently, consult a doctor immediately). For me though, I tend to go towards chocolate desserts more than fruity ones. This post is no exception to my chocolate rule. I wanted to make something chocolaty, rich, and delicious, preferably in a portable cake mode. Oh, but I didn’t want all those calories to go along with it.
